Rescheduling/ Cancellations/ No Shows
The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. when appointments are missed, or canceled without sufficient notice, we are unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business, and the provider and not allowing another client to come in that has been waiting as well.
It is understood that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment fee. (this amount will be charged at the time of cancellation automatically by our computer program in adherence to our policies)
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show/no-call.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment at the full appointment fee. (this amount will be charged at the time of no-show automatically by our computer program in adherence to our policies)
After 3 no-shows, then it is apparent that you do not value nor respect your provider’s time and we will need to part ways,(regardless even if the no-show fee is collected).
These fees will be automatically charged to your credit card on file. Please contact Janette with Questions. [email protected]
